Yoga for everyone – beginner or advanced
The class includes breathing exercises, warming-up and strengthening exercises, yoga postures and a deep final relaxation.
Beginners are guided and more advanced students provided with suggestions to deepen their practice.
A perfect complement to a more dynamic practice.
The slow moving, deep stretching and meditative Yin Yoga removes tensions in body and mind. Poses are held for 2-5 minutes, targeting the connective tissues of the hips, pelvis and lower spine.
How to sign up for an online class?
In the schedule above or in Eversports look up the class you want to join, click on “Join Now” and proceed.
If you have a valid pass the class will automatically be deducted from your pass.
If you need to purchase a new subscription, you can choose from the various options available.
How to access an online class on Zoom?
Go into your account in Eversports. Under Bookings you will find the class you have reserved, and a link to the live stream (“Go to online stream now”). The link becomes available 15 minutes before the starting time.
How to cancel a reservation?
If this is your first time with us, please first create an account in Eversports. Your first trial class online is free of charge (payment option “First Time Free Trial”). You can also download the app and here you’ll find instructions on how to use the app.
