We believe that health is the greatest wealth, and happiness comes from peace of mind.
We believe that – with the right guidance – everyone can take charge of their own health and happiness and make significant improvements, whatever their starting point.

Whether online or face-to-face, we want to offer a friendly, accessible way to practice traditional yoga with certified and passionate teachers. You don’t need to be flexible or fit to start yoga. Join as you are!

Sampoorna Yoga

Sampoorna Yoga – the “Yoga of Fullness” – is a traditional style of yoga in the Sivananda lineage. It can be practiced by anyone regardless of age, health and level of fitness.
Each session consists of fundamental and energizing breathing exercises, warming up and strengthening exercises, followed by an intelligent sequence of yoga postures and finally, a deep relaxation.

Sampoorna Yoga has been developed by Shri Yogi Hari. The basic message is that health, peace and joy are already within you. And Yoga can help you to uncover them. More info on www.yogihari.com
