This course is aimed at dedicated beginners who wish to start a regular yoga practice.
In a series of four Sunday morning lectures and physical yoga classes you will gain a good understanding of what yoga is, how you can benefit from it, and how to practice yoga on your yoga mat and in everyday life. Each lesson is followed by some homework, and there will be plenty of time for questions and individual adjustment and advice.
