Full asana class with extra focus on your legs:

  • Standing postures to explore and strengthen different muscle groups in legs
  • Attention to legs/feet as a stable base
  • Flexibility in legs to facilitate asanas (back bends, forward bends, inversions)

When:

Sunday 4 May at 13:00-15:00 (NEW TIME !!!)

20€, or one “tick” in your yoga pass plus 5€
